tap at Port Solana. Pretty much your average run of the mill stout. Chocolate, coffee and caramel on the nose. Sweet, smooth finish. A good brew but, nothing amazing.

Chocolate, molasses and brown sugar notes on top of the roasted malt sweetness...quite tasty, actually. A moderate English style floral hopping. Lactose creaminess, but a bit too subdued compared to something like a Bells Double Cream, for example. And a bit overly nitro-ed too.

On tap at the brewpub. Big roasts and chocolate in this dark brown stout. Nice lingering finish. A bit thin for a cream. Other than that...right on.

Tap @ Solana. Nice creamy semi dry. Well into med bodied. Slightly burnt aroma & flavor, moderate hops, with some earthy undertones in the mix. Very nice.

Poured a dark brown color with a medium sized, light tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malts, nuts, smoke, light vanilla bean, and lactose. Taste of much of the same, with some light chocolate as well.
