Pour is deeper ruby with a frothy off white head. Aromas of cherries, sour funk, burbon, and other dark fruits. Flavor is mellow with tart cherries, rasins, caramel, and finishing smooth. Awesome brew here, just wish it was cheaper, but I guess you get what you pay for. Adam77 (407), Eastampton, New Jersey, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 25, 2009 Bottle, labeled as Lost Abbey (not Pizza Port) Cuvee de Tomme. Excellent dark reddish-brown color with a tan head. Aroma of dark fruits, oak, and tartness. Flavor is complex with sour cherries, figs, raisins, vanilla, oak, and sourness that isn’t too intense. Mild sweetness present as well to balance. Sharp palate with medium carbonation and fairly full body. Good stuff.
