3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap @ Beachwood BBQ. Black pour with a dense khaki head. Aromas of chocolate malt, cinnamon sugar, cream, and vanilla. Plenty of roasted malt, coffee, and a touch of ash. Nice sweet, creamy flavor. Tons of vanilla, chocolate malt, and roast. Moderate coffee, slight ashy bitterness, earthy hops, and a hint of peanut brittle.

> A high dairy character, bitter chocolate milk stout
[ Nitro ][ Pizza Port SC ][ 4oz ][ Taster ][ Free ][ 1/30/14 ]
>> Nitro foam, clear deep red color. Nitro sheets of tan lacing. Tootsie roll nose. Big tootsie roll taste, richer than expected, with hefty chai milk tea and dairy density. Soft mouthfeel, robust coffee finish with big hazelnut creamer. Very good, better than expected. A nice intro to stouts.
Flaws: Nitro milk stout can only be so good
