Flavors are medium bitter, dry and grainy with some pear and isoamyl acetate, grassy lightly citrusy finish. Lively carbonation, slightly carbonic. Dry.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a cloudy gold-orange with white head. Nose of fresh citrus and some spice. Taste of citrus with a decent amount of yeast character - some pepper and spice.

Golden orange colored pour with a white head. The nose is heavy on the floral and citrus peel hop aromas. A lot of toast, some bread, and a moderate grass character. Some spicy phenols and a fair amount of yeast, too. Somewhat dry on the palate. Mild toast and bread sweetness, lots of floral hops, moderate bitterness, and some citrus peel. Peppery and yeasty, too.

Draft at pizza port carlsbad. Clear medium yellow pour, white head. Citrus, piney hops, bitterness, light grainy malt, dry belgian yeast, and a little bit spicy. Nice and dry, a good one.
