Jan 30, 2008 Draft at brewery, 01/26/08. Pale, clear gold. No aroma from the taster glass. Light, odd flavor. Some astringency with a burn on the tongue that interferes with the taste. Reminds me of sake (but sweeter) with a hint of corn on the finish. What were they going for here?

Jan 7, 2008 Hazy reddish color with a thin head. Has an adjuncty aroma. I guess I got rice. Flavor is mild sweetness with a crisp finish. The sweetness was vanilla like. Can tell this is definitely not an "all malt" beer. Very carbonated. Pretty easy drinking beer.

Jan 5, 2008 Draft @ Pizza Port Solana. My mistake for drinking 3 IPA’s before trying this beer. Poured a pretty heavy golden color, head was medium sized and off white. Nose was a little yeasty with some hints of citrus fruits as well. Very clean and smooth.

Dec 10, 2007 On tap @ Pizza Port Solana Beach. Not really sure how to classify a rice beer but any way. Pours a medium bodied golden color. Somewhat buttery taste with little more in taste. Pretty non descript but easy drinking
