GABF 06. Huge resiny hop aroma, citrus. Taste is sweet malt and delicious sweet citrus hops up front, with a very piney bitterness that lingers and sticks to your palate well after you are done drinking it. great for a hophead.

On tap at the falling rock. Tiny carbonation bubbles in a hazy yellow body rise to a pure with head that lasted the entire pint. Pure citrus and pine. Bubble gum aroma. Load of sticky hops with a sweet backdrop of malts. Medium body with a slightly sweet finish. Nothing really sets this apart, but its still pretty damn awesome.

On tap at the Falling Rock. Hazy gold-amber pour...this thing has hop fumes running over the rim of the glass. Big citrusy hop nose..one of the biggest I can remember. Even more of the same in the flavor...some decent malt backup..wow, very tasty. Medium to full bodied..great mouthfeel. Resiny bitterness lingers to the end. I could use a glass of this stuff right now for breakfast.

on tap. Sampled at the San Diego Festival of Beers 2006 9/22/06. Pours a nice light straw with a superb hoppy aroma. The taste is strong bitter and hoppy everything I could want in a nice solid imperial IPA. The abv on this version was at least 10%.

(snifter at Papago’s) Nice amber color with small tan head. Aroma is surprisinglly subtle. Then you take a sip - POW, a ton of citrus hops right in the kisser. Fabulous Imperial IPA.

Orange-gold color with a fine creamy head. Caramelized orange peel aroma with some woodsy earthiness as well. Clean, clear, focussed hop bitterness with densely packed hop flavor. Some maltiness in the body with a strong though well integrated alcohol character.

Citrus, pine sap aroma. Poured thick like amber oil. Flavor of grapefruit, pine, fresh cut grass, sticky sweetness smooths out the big hoppy flavors. ABV gradually noticed as it warmed. great stuff.

Sampled @ Extreme Beer fest ’06. Real good nose, sweet. Citrusy & piney. Copper color, no lace. Bittersweet flavor. Grapefruit mainly other citrus too. Medium body, oily mouthfeel, bitter finish. Wonderful stuff
