Dec 24, 2008 Clear amber with medium off white head. Loads of hops in the aroma with piney notes. Massive amounts of hops in the flavour. Contains pine, grapefruit and peach Notes. Very bitter finish. Nice!

Dec 17, 2008 draft at pizza port carlsbad - comes hazy dark gold with thin white head; plenty of lacing going down; wow, some of the thickest and strongest hop aromas I can remember; fruity, sweet and a little harsh; drinks sticky, sweet, bitter and very dry; a bitter bomb for sure and just a tad too much for my tastes

Nov 20, 2008 On hand pump, and it sounds like a different beast from other reviews. Strong caramel flavors, no really strong. Hops were tasty and very strong as well. While it was a great beer on hand pump, I’m now curious what it is like all bubbly. Crazy good palate on this one.

Nov 18, 2008 On tap at Stone Brewery. This was my favorite beer of the day. Huge hop aroma with peach and mango scents. The taste is just fantastic, complex and robust. An amazing DIPA and reminded me alot of Hop 15, I wish I could have tasted them side by side.

Nov 17, 2008 Tap. Yellow/orange pour, nice white head. Wonderful hoppy aroma, very fresh and piney. Taste was much the same, just a glorius beer.

Nov 17, 2008 On tap at Pizza Port Carlsbad. Pours a hazy light amber with a 2 finger cream head and nice lacing. Nose is all pine and tart citrus. Taste is tart yellow grapefruit and caramel malt with a bitter resin finish. Medium mouth feel. Hophead’s dream. Great beer!

Pours a nice hazy golden orange color with a nice white head. Aroma of hops, grapefruit, pine, malt. Flavor is sticky resinous hops, grapefruit, malt, other fruity notes as well. NIce bitter yet sweet finish. This is an awesome IPA, one of the best i’ve ever had.

Oct 25, 2008 Excellent IIPA from pizza port. Pours a hazy orange/gold with sticky white head. Grapefruit, tropical fruit (papaya, mango, pineapple), sweet pine, caramel malt, spice, pepper, and bitter floral hops. Damn this is good stuff.
