On tap, pours a lively golden lager color, with good retained filmy head and lacing. Aromas of lavender, potpouri, coriander, belgian christmas spice, lemons. Taste is very creamy lavender tea with highlighted citrus and fruit profile from the tasty hops. Crisp and sessionable. Not a huge heff fan in general but this one was very good.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer pours a hazy yellow color with a minimal white head that disappears quickly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of wheat and bananas plus a touch of cloves. Medium, smooth body with flavors of wheat, bananas and tropical fruits along with a touch of spice. The finish is clean and wheaty with a short fruit aftertaste. Slightly above average all around.

On tap at Pizza port Solana Beach. Yiga poured me a cloudy golden straw hued beer with a nice banana nose and a cool white head. Taste was insane, nice yeast presence with a good banana and good malt backbone balance. I dug this one quite a bit, I know I shouldn’t be drinking during work but DAMN, I’m a beer distributor for crying out loud!!!!!!!
