Growler courtesy bu11zeye and BMan1113VR. Clear golden pour with a slightly white head. Aroma is piney and tree sap. Earthy, leafy hops. Flavor is sticky hops with pine and spicy notes. Finishes spiced and sticky hops.

I had this on tap at Pizza Port San Clemente. It’s a golden pour with a smallish white head. The aroma and flavor are of citrus hops. It’s dry on the finish. It’s very drinkable and well-crafted

A: The pour is a hazy golden color with a tint of orange to it and a smallish white head. S: A really nice and fresh hop nose to this beer. Lots of citrus like grapefruit and tangerine with a bit of pineapple providing sweetness. There are some pine notes, but not much in contrast to the fruit. T: Things are just as solid on the palate. The pine notes and bitterness are more pronounced here, but there’s still plenty of tangerine and grapefruit peel. Just a touch of pineapple comes through and no malt whatsoever. M: The body is medium and so is the carbonation. Nice and crisp on the finish with a little bitterness lasting on the tongue. D: Maybe not quite as good as Humulus Lager, but still pretty nice. I like how these types of beers really provide a clean slate for the hops to shine.

Tap samples and a growler. 7%. Pours with a hazed golden body and a lasting white head with good lacing. Aromas of citrus, orange and lemon, grain, windex, grass, mango and raw grain. Flavors are citrusy, mango, crystal malt, yet dry. Crisp. Grassy with some lingering bitterness. Dry and crisp. Well done.

A similar hop aroma to the Pseudo IPA just not quite as strong. What an interesting (and great) concept. This is a really good light-hop beer. Hard to say much else other than tasty.

Hazy bright yellow with a fizzy white head. Big citrus and pine aroma and taste with sweet fruity notes and a decent bitterness.

Pours murky orange yellow with whispy white head, good lace. Smells dark and citrusy hoppy with some sweetness. Tastes malty and sweet cereal with lots of citrusy hops, light caramel. Full body, ok carbonation. 737315
