COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In celebration of 15 years of continually exploring new and old styles, we've created a unique ale blended and fermented with 30 gallons of carignane grape juice aged in an oak barrel! It's made with 2 row malted barley, wheat malt, 135-165 malt, crystal malt, chocolate malt, carignane grape juice, Phoenix & Challenger hops, water and 30 quarts of ale yeast.

Cola colored and opaque with small head. It smells like a cabernet -- grapes galore, with a hint of port. The taste is of carbonated red wine, blended with a touch of port.

Putting the "wine" in "barleywine". This one’s brewed with grapes, really get the flavor. Nose is sweetly malty, smells like a cabernet sauvignon. Tastes quite a bit like a cab also. Very fruity and unique stuff, admirable from a purely creative standpoint. Not bad to drink either.
