3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
An unclear bronze beer with a nice white head. The aroma is sour from the wild fermentation - nice. The flavor is sweet and yet at the same time sour from the wild fermentation - the primary notes is from oranges and lemon, but the body is a little thin.

Cloudy golden body with no head. Aroma is medium sweet, some fruity sourness (cherry, lemon), light barnyard. Taste is medium sweet, lemon, sugar, light cherry, faint oak. Light sour body. Ok, but in my book not in the same league as the top Flemish sours.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottled. Thanks to ChrisC. Orange coloured. Unclear. Dense beige. Sweet, fresh, fruity, spiced and grapish aroma. Flavour is almost like drinking vinegar. Yummy. Grapes, marzipan, spice, sweetness and light fruits. Dry and acidic. Medium bodied. Fruits and alcohol mingled with some spiced ends this very dry beer. My wife didn’t like this, leaving me with 75cl. What a shame ;-).
