SG (456), San Clemente, California, USA Aug 27, 2005 Extremely complex flavor profile. Tart and sour, but not as gnarly as a good lambic. Highly enjoyable. There is something that magical about cherries and oak if it’s done right. The flavors don’t hide, but boldly burst out in different intensity and succession with each sip. I want more of this.
