Draft at Churchill’s. Pours clear copper brown with a thick, beige head. Smells sweet, like raisins, malty, light booze. Tastes delicious, with light hints of plum, raisin, chocolate, caramel, and booze. Medium body and low carbonation.

27th May 2015: on tap at Pizza Port, Carlsbad. Dark old gold body, off white topping. Caramelised fruit nose with a taste not unsimilar in nature, mild nutty trace within the flavour with the raisins also showing a little, Different and interesting, liked the alcohol level too, suited the beer and did effect the overall feel and drinkability.

Tart dried fruit. Watery but drinkable. Nice dark color with cascading white head (draft). Not my favorite of the style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft - dark brown pour. Nose and taste of raisins, dark fruit, and malt. Flavors are a little off and a little too "champaigny" to be anything more than slightly below average for the style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
