On tap at PP Carlsbad. It pours yellow wit ha lasting white head. The aroma is grains, lemon, wheat, and a bit of corn. The flavor is crisp and clean with fresh baked bread and a hint of noble hop, corn, and grain in the finish. Nice light lager.

A: The pour is a clear, golden straw color with a short lived white head. S: Lots of adjuncts, particularly corn. There is a bit of a grassy and straw-like hop note, perhaps some floral qualities too. Sweet apple juice and a touch of cooked grain. Quite a bit of lager yeast, too. T: Really heavy on the corn and a little vegetal. Cooked grain with lots of straw and a bit of grass. Sweet apple, grain, and sugar. There’s a lot of yeastiness here too. M: Fairly light in body with a medium to high carbonation. O: One of those beers made for the Bud Light crowd. Too bad, since I was hoping it was going to be a hoppier lager.

Pours a slightly dark gold, with white head. Bready malt, light floral, with some honey and fruit. Nice clean malt profile, easy to drink. Not big by any means, but well done.

I’m glad John entered it. Pours hazy golden yellow with a medium sized white head and good lace. Smells sweet and malty and grainy with some honey as well. Tastes of sweet cereal malts and honey. Nice, clean, plainish. Medium body, good carbonation.

Tap @ DTJB. Light golden/copper color. Somewhat creamy with some fruitiness. Pretty bland for Port.
