Tasted at the 16th Bistro IPA Festival on April 6, 2013. This India Pale Ale pours a medium orange gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is citrusy, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied India Pale Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are citrusy, grapefruit and pine. Medium bitterness. Decent carbonation. Slightly sweet, with hints of orange and orange peel. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

On draft. Pine aroma, maybe a bit of vanilla. Flavors are juicy passion fruit, peppery, zesty citrus, and a marvelously beefy, dry, sand-papery finish that recalls unsweetened baker’s chocolate. Superb.

Cask at Cask Days 2014. Pale golden pour with a nice thin head. The nose is really bright and juicy. Tropical fruit, pineapple and some clean malt. A little bit peppery and bright orange. Clean and juicy. Really delicious.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with smooth floral hops, light citrus, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, classic c-hop, beautiful. Cask Days 2014.

Pour a orange amber with a thin off white head with very little lacing. Aroma is of citrus, pine resin, floral hops, and some light sweet malts. Taste is similar to the aroma with a lot of bitter citrus and piney hops. Has a medium body with a slighty creamy mouthfeel and a dry, semi-moderately bitter, medium long finish. Overall, a pretty tasty, drinkable IPA.

On tap on OB. Pours a clear gold amber with a small white head. Big hoppy aroma, of citrus, sugar, malt. Very bitter taste, a bit watery, of citrus zest, malt, pine. Lingering bitterness. Decent ipa.

06/01/2014 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Non male, ma mi aspettavo di più.
