Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter piney caramel aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy bitter piney caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter finish.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Cph. Pours clear deep bordeaux red with a small, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has raisins, plums, toasted malts, mild vinious and a hint of milky chocolate. Lowish carbonation, fat and oily mouthfeel. Good dryness. Flavour has light chocolate, fat caramel, grainy. Warming and vinious. Somewhat dusty, red apples. Lingering warming and malty bitter finish. Nice.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar Viktoria. Dark brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, dark fruits, toffee, yeast and caramel. Flavour is malt, dark fruits, toffee, yeast, caramel, medium sweet, hop and medium bitter.

Draft. A dark red beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, dry fruits, caramel, and a bit of wood, leading to a dry finish.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Hazy dark ruby with an off-white. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit and alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with warming alcohol. 150313

Draft. Pours clear dark red with a lacing frothy off- white head. Aroma is roasted malt, black berries, dark sugars, bread, raisin, dark toffee, earthy and herbal hops, grass and light licorice. Taste is near heavy sweet and bitter. Body is medium+, texture is chewy and oily, carbonation is soft. Finishes initially sweet but ends with a lingering solid bitterness - more like bitter berries than hops.

Tap. Red brown with a small off white head. Aroma is dusty herbal hops, bitter coffee, toffee, oxidized, dates, bread. Taste is near heavy sweet and bitter. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Long bitter finish. Bitter barley wine.

Clear light dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate roasted, moderate to heavy hoppy, dried berry - fruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy biiter. Body is medium, texture is oily and smooth, carbonation is soft. [20120725]

On tap at Mikkeller Bare. Pours deep amber with a medium beige head. The aroma is bread, dark fruit and loads of malt. The flavour is heavy malty with notes of bread, caramel and dark fruit. Good balance.
