Keg at CBC Clerkenwell, London during the Pizza Port tap takeover. Pours clear gold with a fine, white cream head. Yeasty aroma, some sweet dough. Big sweet flavor with lots of doughy malts, some honey, white bread. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish, fairly sticky, lots of bready pale malts, white bread. Very tasty if simple.

On tap at Craft Beer Co. Clerkenwell, pours a hazy golden with a small beige head. Aroma of Belgian yeas, candied sugar and some dry crackery malts. Flavour brings out candied sugar, some wild yeast notes, Belgian yeast and some floral notes. Very smooth and light for the ABV. Finishes on dry-ish notes of candied sugar and Belgian yeast. Great stuff.

Clear light medium yellow colour with a large to huge, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, moderate hoppy, herbs, grass, moderate yeasty, yeast. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, yeast, fruity yeast, alcohol - phenol, green grass - apple. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121214]

Draft. Pours light unclear golden with a white frothy small head. Aroma is red apple, sour cherry, pale malt, honey, light bubblegum, peach, strawberry and phenols. Taste is light+ bitter, medium sweet with light tangy note. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is medium. Finishes balanced with a little spice and apple. Not that memorable.

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2013 Tap. Clear golden yellow with a medium sized white head. Aroma is peach, raspberry, apples, light herbal hops, wheat, light burnt plastic. Taste is close to heavy sweet with little bitterness. Medium body, oily texture with a buttery/toffee mouth feel, medium carbonation. Sweet and light watery finish. No alcohol roughness.

Pours hazy pale golden with a small,creamy, white film head. Aroma has sweet malts, vanilla, coriander, light esters, oranges and red apple. Medium to high carbonation, fine dry and very creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is elegant, balanced sweetness, again some mild vanilla. Doughy malts sweetness, softly vinious. Green apple and oranges. Fresh.
