Tasted on 11/12/11 on draft at the Three Floyds Anniversary party. Pours clear golden with a thick white head that slowly recedes to thin, even lace. The nose is dank resin and citrus hops with light bread malt. The flavor is the same with some tropical fruit, super dank with floral weed. The body is medium with average carbonation and a long, very dry resin hops finish.

Draft at the 2006 Washington Cask Beer Festival. Remember this having such a huge wet nose on it that I didn’t want to drink it. Possibly one of the first wet hop beers I had actually. Balanced hop, bit piney, resinous. Good stuff.

Dogbrick (11654) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - OCT 11, 2013
On draught at the brewpub. The beer is a clear orange-gold color with a medium white head that diminishes gradually to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Light to medium body with a moderately bitter citrusy hops character with notes of toasted malt and caramel in the background. The finish is hoppy with a lingering citrus aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at Provisions. Pours clear copper with light white head. Aroma of fresh hops, citrus and alfalfa. Flavor mirrors aroma only slightly toned down. A bit light for an IPA but good non the less.

On tap at Beachwood BBQ. It has a golden orange color with a nice head. The aroma was floral with some mild hops. Taste has some citrus but not too much and some herbs. Does not have the usual IPA bite but I did enjoy it. Good finish.

2012 pour from San Clemente. (Happy Birthday Casey! Thanks for the 3 hour lunch) Pours a clear golden with slight white head. Aroma is grapefruit and some pineapple. Taste is the typical San Clemente PP IPA dirt/earth taste just taken to a more resin level. Much better than a lot of their standard IPAs but still not the best. Must be the water.

Light gold pour. Spicy, earthy hops, citrus. Flavor is nice and bitter, juicy citrus, just enough malt bill. Hell yeah.

presario (4903) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - OCT 7, 2011
Tap. Dark amber with a hint of copper. Minimal head. Restrained hop scent on a bed of malt. Big body and a noticeable alcohol note. Some would even call it a double IPA. Caramel in the middle with a stickiness and then citrus grows in the back end.

Ungstrup (34715) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUN 2, 2011
Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrusy hops, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry and bitter finish.
