Getting notebook online. Draft at SDFOB 2007. Lighter brown. Flavors very bitter. Very astringent. Not my thing.

On-tap at PP Norte. Pours dark smokey brown with a med tan head and good lace. Smells sweet and malty with a hint of smoke. Tastes sweet and caramelly with some grain and a hint os roasty smokiness. Medium/thin body, good carbonation.

Draft at San Clemente Pizza Port. Some lightly roasted malt aroma, with some chocolate malt also. Not much dunkel yeast flavor. Not as good as most of this style.

On tap. First off; let me say this may be the best beer name of all time! Pours a murky brown with almost no head. Incredibly sweet malt aroma dominated by bubble gum. Sweet malt flavor with tons of bubble gum flavors. A style I’m not overly familiar with but this seems to have too many yeasty esters. Very enjoyable.

On tap at stone. Murky brown with minimal head. Sweet malty aromas and smooth on the palate. Sweet and malty and yeasty. Not bad and something different.

On tap at Pizza Port Carlsbad. Not a particular fan of this style but the beer wasnt bad, poured a dark brown color with rich caramel malt aroma.

Draft. One of my first samples @ American Beer Fest in Boston. Brown-sugar in color. 1" head. Malty, sugary, rich presence on the tongue and roof of mouth. Great 1st sample.

Served cold from tap. Brown with very little head. Nice malty aroma, very smooth and easy to drink. It tasted a lot like the t-street wheat, with slightly more sweetened flavors.
