Sample @ the Sour & Bitter event in Copenhagen. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is sweet with caramel, pineapple, overripe mango, pine, sugar, grass, alcohol and hints of sweet dark bread. Taste is sweet and bitter with bread, caramel, lemon balm, dill, orange peal, honey, mango, pineapple, lemon zest, pine, grass and alcohol. Mouthfeel is sticky sweet, oily bitter and medium to full bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with bread, caramel, pine and orange peal.

UPDATED: JUN 7, 2012 (Draught) Pours dark orange golden with a small off-white head. The aroma holds grapefruit, orange, tangerine, lime, flowers, fruits, perfume, butter, toast and caramel. The flavour light to medium sweet, medium to heavily bitter and light acidic with notes of, citrus, flowers, wood, toast, honey and caramel. The mouthfeel is soft, round and light sticky with a light carbonation. Citric and tea-like finish. Medium bodied.
