Draught at Sour & Bitter 2012. Clear amber - white head. High hoppy, sweetness, roasted, lots of fresh hops, knækbrød, caramel, toasted, citrus, light flowery, grassy, high bitter finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is crisp hoppy and light citrusy. Bitter and crisp hoppy intoa medium dry finish. Smooth and crisp smooth fruity and crisp hoppy.

Sour & Bitter 2012, Copenhagen. Clear copper beer with a small offwhite head. Hoppy, malty, fruity aroma. Very hoppy, grassy with some sweetness and some bitterness.

Sample @ the Sour & Bitter event in Copenhagen. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is sweet with caramel, pineapple, overripe mango, pine, sugar, grass, alcohol and hints of sweet dark bread. Taste is sweet and bitter with bread, caramel, lemon balm, dill, orange peal, honey, mango, pineapple, lemon zest, pine, grass and alcohol. Mouthfeel is sticky sweet, oily bitter and medium to full bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with bread, caramel, pine and orange peal.

On tap at S&B. Clear amber pour with a white head. Tropical fruit, grapefruit, and pine aromas. These three hop profiles were supported by a sturdy caramel malt backbone. Good balance, good mouthfeel. Well done..

Tap at Sour&Bitter. Clear brighter deep ornate. Webby lacing off white head. Thicker caramel nose with big caramel and butterscotch. Pretty cheesy. Taste is dry and astringent. Mouth picking astringency. Eh. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sour and bitter 2012. Deep golden beer, offwhite head. Milky, malty aroma, hops, fruity, grapes. Hoppy flavor, milky, grassy, sweetish, grapefruit notes. A bit simple.

UPDATED: JUN 7, 2012 (Draught) Pours dark orange golden with a small off-white head. The aroma holds grapefruit, orange, tangerine, lime, flowers, fruits, perfume, butter, toast and caramel. The flavour light to medium sweet, medium to heavily bitter and light acidic with notes of, citrus, flowers, wood, toast, honey and caramel. The mouthfeel is soft, round and light sticky with a light carbonation. Citric and tea-like finish. Medium bodied.
