Sour & Bitter Festival CPH 2012. Amber with a small off-white head. Classic pine and grapefruit hoppy aroma with a touch of peach. Dry and aggressively (though in a nice way, not the rough, harsh way) bitter flavour with pine and grapefruit in the background. Nice hop burn in the throat.

CP&K Pizza Port Tap Takeover. Nice to catch up with this after missing it Sour & Bitter due to inebriation! Hazy amber beer, little white head. Smooth palate with mild fine carbonation. Nice pale malt cream. Lovely hops - sweet tropical fruits - orange, mango and tinned peach. Light minerals. Soft smooth finish. Very nice indeed.

28/12/2012 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Bevuta al Pizza Port Tap Takeover. Dorata, vivissima, limpida, schiuma bianca discreta e persistente. Al naso uno straordinario bouquet di aromi fruttati e leggermente erbacei, pompelmo, pesca, sullo sfondo note di caramello. In bocca è magnificamente bilanciata, amara con punte di caramello ad equilibrare, freschissima e con un alcol molto ben nascosto. Corpo medio, carbonazione leggera. Un’altra magnifica perla di Pizza Port. Super fresh!

On tap in San Clemente, pours a rusty orange color. Nose is sweet and fresh floral. Taste is full of citrus and pine with a good amount of bitterness. Finish is moderately long but tempers. Delicious ! Quaff Score 8 / 10

Pours transparent golden orange with a big white head. Nose is cirtrus, pine, toffee and some spice. Taste is well balanced, sweet and bitter, with sweet taking the backseat toward the finish. The mouthfeel is smooth and creamy, the body is heavy and the finish is long.

Tap @ Sour & Bitter. Unclear golden body with a small head. Aroma is hops, peach, caramel, malt. Flavor is hops, grapefruit, caramel,fruit. Nice lacings. Medium carbonation.

Draught at Sour & Bitter 2012. Clear amber - white head. High hoppy, sweetness, roasted, lots of fresh hops, knækbrød, caramel, toasted, citrus, light flowery, grassy, high bitter finish.

Tap at Sour&Bitter Copenhagen. Deep golden in the glass, huge head. Hoppy-flowery aroma. Starts intense hoppy, grasy-flowery notes, modest sweet. Finish drier, nice combination of dry and light sweet notes. Great!

Orangish pour, white head at GABF. Aroma is big with tropical fruit, hay, grass and caramel malt. Flavor has some mango, pineapple, light resin, grass, hay, and a pretty decent chewy malt bill.

Draught. Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. ARoma of citrus, grape, herbs, flowers, pine, caramel. Flavour is herbal and flowery. Has loads of pine, caramel, spice, orange. Medium to full bodied. Ends on a dry and herbal dense bitterness. Nice.
