Draft at San Clemente. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of wheat and light notes of banana. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wheat as well as notes of yeast and banana esters.

From tap at San Clemente. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Mild banana fruity ester aroma. Dry banana estery flavour with a mild acidic touch to the end. Ends somewhat flat and estery. Again, just not my style.

On tap. Hazy and opaque golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast and coriander and citrus. Medium body with a very lively carbonation and sweet citrus notes. No bitterness. Pleasant. 080709

(Draught) Pours a hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, banana, and light citrus. Flavor of lemon, banana, wheat, and some clove.

Pours with a hazed yellow hued body with a large white head. Aromas are of banana esters, nutty, grainy, bready, light caramel and a very mild phenol. Flavors are of 4vg clove, grainy, phenol, bready, wheat, banana and vanilla. Lively bubbles and dry. Didn’t notice the extreme lack of alcohol.

On tap at San Clemente on 12/3/06: Pours a hazy pale golden with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet pale malt and a touch of grainy wheat with some German yeast. Body starts sweet and wheaty with good carbonation and some mild banana and bready yeasty flavor. Very authentic and incredibly drinkable.

The pour is a hazed yellow color with a white head. Aroma is banana and sweet wheat bread with a bit of clove. A touch of citrus peel and light vanilla notes, too. The flavor has a pleasant sweetness of bread, wheat, and banana. Some clove flavor, but I would prefer more. A hint of citrus peel to it as well.

Tap at PPSC. Pours full haze straw to gold. Weak foam. Estery nose with yellow apple and pear. Dog breath. Taste is tangy, yellow apple heavy. Yellow apple skin tannic finish. Decent. Yeast driven. Sweeter. Oily palate is nice. Rich. No off flavors. On style.

Light aroma of lemon and wheat w a little bubble gum and banana. Lightly fruity and wheat. Banana, clove, yeast etc. Some lemon in this finish. Nice and drinkable.
