Commercial Description:
Is it really safe to paddle out in our waters? It’s impossible to know for sure. What we do know is that this is an incredibly distinctive and bold American red ale that attacks your taste buds with lethal amounts of hops, which are balanced by a boat load of Crystal malt. If none of this fazes you, then maybe swimming in the shark filled waters is exactly where you belong. We’ll see you in the lineup!

Getting notebook online. Bottle. Lots of citrus and pine on the nose. Very sweet flavors, orange, pine, a hint of caramel. Sticky mouthfeel with a bitter finish. Overall a real good beer.

Bomber poured a clear dark reddish amber with a lasting creamy amber head. Aromas of carmel, earthiness, citrus and a hint of pine. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, orange, pine, light earthiness and a hint of grassiness with a smooth lingering moderatly bitter finish.

Bottle. Poured a red murky brownish color with no head. Huge sweet hop nose Mouthful was a bit thin , but flavor was not. Big hops with some sweetness and a strong bitter finish. Flavor is a bit murky, like the color of the beer.

Poured a deep hazy red/amber with a nice white head. Aroma of fresh hops is what jumped out to first, pine, and some caramel malts. Flavor to me was a bit sweet but was followed up by some nice hops. I liked this one.

22oz. pours a hazy brownish red with very thin head. aroma is carmel malt and a hint of citrus hop. mouthful is like candy apple with a big hops that attack the pallet. has a bit of a flat feel, not much carbonation. ok for PP.

From a 22 oz bottle I have no idea why this is called a triple red ale here when the bottle clearly says double red ale. Furthermore no where on this does it say Pizza Port...it says Port Brewing. With that out of the way it poured a copper red color with small off white head and light lacing. Nose is of very rich malts with some floral and pine hops. Rich and creamy mouthfeel. Flavor is heavy on the malts with good hop balance. Slightly bitter finish. Good brew and delightful to drink.

Intense gobs of pine resin, rich malt. Its massive, mouth-coating, malterific. Almost too big i dare say. the malt does take over a bit. Palate is the same as the nose. big and and flabby to tell the truth. Decent

Bottle thanks to Hophead22, thanks. Poured deep red in color with nice off white head. Aroma is very malty with not much else going on. Taste is similar, and not balanced. Not pizza ports best.
