Clear medium to dark red - orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, light nutty, light caramelized malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, nutty, caramelized caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. ABV: 7.3%. Clear medium to dark red - brown amber colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, wood, light roasted, moderate to heavy hoppy, dark hops, chocolate - licorice konfekt hops. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120912]

Draft. A deep red beer with a huge tan head. The aroma has strong notes of grapefruit and hops, combined with medium notes malt, spices, and fruit. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of hops, and medium notes of malt, caramel, bisquits, and grapefruit, leading to a very bitter finish.

Draft. A deep red beer with a lazing thin brown head. The aroma has strong notes of hops and fruits, combined with lighter notes of spices, cinnamon and more. The flavor is sweet and very malty with notes of berries, hops, and spices, leading to a very bitter finish.

A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet spicy - I guess from the hops. The flavor is sweet malty with caramel being most dominant, but also a light spicyness.

From tap at Ølbaren. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity, peachy and slight grapefruity. Fruity and bitter flavoured. Light sweetness. Grapefruity and bitter finish.

From tap at Ørsted Ølbar. Pours clear and golden amber with a small, creamy and off-white head. Aroma is roasted malt and pinewood. Caramelish thick, sweet and pinewood hoppy. Goes dry and bitter into the finish. Lasting thick malty and pinewood hoppy.

From tap at San Clemente (!). Pours brown with a redish/orange glare. Fruity and dense pineneedle hops aroma. Smooth caramel malt base and nicely hoppy balanced flavour. Nice lingering dense fruity finish. Smooth and hoppy finish. Nice one.

On tap. 7.3% ABV. Sant Clemente. Pours a beautiful, clear, reddish dark amber with a creamy and dense off-white head leaving laces. Sweet, burned caramel in the nose with some American hops. Medium-bodied, sweet nutty accents, burned caramel and a good hop-bite in the finish. Solid and an American archetype. 250111

Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Clear ruby, small head. Aroma of grapefruit and black cherries. Mid sweet with clean criasp mouthfeel and medium body. Some raisins and bread, crystal malt flavours, mint and grapefruit. Mid bitter finish. Well balanced.

Draught @ Port Brewing, San Marcos. Pours a dark amber color with a tan head. Has a malty aroma with some hoppy hints. Very malty dry flavor with hoppy bitter hints. Long malty finish with a bitter aftertaste.

Red-amber color. The aroma, mild, it’s at the same time nutty and yeasty, with some caramel; light soy sauce. Solid Amber ale, with an accent on toasted nuts. And it also have a strong bitterness. A bit dry in the end.

(Bottle) Pours a cloudy burnt orange body with an average-sized creamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel and grapefruit. Nice balance of doughy malts and citrus hops in the flavor. Somewhat chewy body with a creamy textrue and bitter finish.
