A hazy orange beer with an orange head. The aroma is sweet and very flowery as well as spicy. The flavor is very flowery and fruity - I pick up mango, but other exotic fruits hide in the background. The alcohol gives the tongue a slight burn.

(Bottle 75 cl) Unclear orangey golden with a small, white head. Yeasty, spicy nose. Lots of sweet malt. Spicy, gingery notes and a touch of citrus. Short, dry hoppiness in the finish. 031205

<i>Bottled, thanks Dr.Bill! </i> Bronze colour, fluffy head. Apricot and farmyard aroma. Candy and dense malt. Lightly fruity and citric with rounded, lively mouthfeel. A fantastic, Fantôme-style saison.

Cloudy golden amber. Very spicy aroma - slightly hot, flowery with dusty yeast and breadcrusty malt notes in the background. Flavor has an anise accent, firm breadcrusty maltiness whole grain style and a hint of nutmeg, clove. Fresh, vibrant with bracing spices, this is a pretty damn good saison.

Bottled. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma with notes of spices and light acidic notes. Fruity flavour of spices and wood with light acidic notes.
