On tap at Solana Beach. Pours with a medium sized and retentive white head over a clear, light golden hued body. Aromas are of tangerine, floral and dank hops with further notes of citrus, tropical fruit and herbaceousness. All hops. Flavors are of tropical fruit, DMTS, medium malt, alcohol, tangerine, low esters. Medium bitter balance. Dry, lively carbonation, medium-low bodied. West Coast IPA all the way!

A clear golden color with a white head. The aroma is a very dank citrus one. Tons of grapefruit and tangerine with a nice pineapple, peach, and tropical aroma. Mild sweetness to it, too. The flavor has a bit more sweetness than I would like, but still quite good. Very nice fruit character of peach and pineapple with the same intense grapefruit and citrus hop profile. A light pine bitterness along with some caramel.

T Grins IPA, tap at Solana PP. Clear light amber with a wonderfully retained creamy one finger off-white head. Aroma is floral and piney with some citrus fruity hops, nice light dry- hopped character. Kinda hard to nose this beer due to the thick head. Flavor has floral hops up front a little toasty biscuit malt following. Pretty dry, bitterness peaked at a 6. Low to moderate carbonation. Pretty solid IPA. 7-5-7-4-13--3.6

Taster at PPSB: Pale golden color with a small white head. Aroma is light sweet citrus. Flavor follows aroma with light grapefruit bitterness in the finish. Light body is tangy with lively carbonation. More like a hoppy pale ale with the 7.2% ABV well hidden.

Tap at Solana Beach. Pours clear golden with a smaller white head leaving webby lace. Nose is heavy biscuit and muted diacetyl competing with squashy noble hops. Diacetyl overpowering. Taste is stinging, sharp carbonation up front moving to heavy grass and herbal hop bitter. Long, bitter aftertaste. Excellent biscuit backbone with no slick diacetyl. Interesting beer. Impressive sheets of lace. Muted booze. Very nice agressive English style IPA. Noble hop fans rejoice.
