Aug 6, 2008 From tap at San Clemente. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Mild banana fruity ester aroma. Dry banana estery flavour with a mild acidic touch to the end. Ends somewhat flat and estery. Again, just not my style.

Apr 16, 2007 On tap at San Clemente on 12/3/06: Pours a hazy pale golden with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet pale malt and a touch of grainy wheat with some German yeast. Body starts sweet and wheaty with good carbonation and some mild banana and bready yeasty flavor. Very authentic and incredibly drinkable.

Feb 8, 2007 Draft @ PP: Hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Real nice aroma of banana, light clove and wheat. The flavor was wheaty with a banana start and lemony citrus finish. Smooth body. Very nice beer.

Feb 7, 2004 Light yellow "unfiltered?". This was clearer than most filtered beers I have seen. Full wheat aroma with decent lacing throughout. Hint of banana with a quite yeasty finish.
