On tap at San Clemente on 12/3/06: Pours a hazy pale golden with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet pale malt and a touch of grainy wheat with some German yeast. Body starts sweet and wheaty with good carbonation and some mild banana and bready yeasty flavor. Very authentic and incredibly drinkable.

On tap (T Street Wheat )at the San Clemente location. Poured a hazy yellow with a smallish white head. Aroma of banana and clove/spice. Flavor was sweet and banana/yeast. Very good flavor. Easy to drink. Really good for the style.

If this is unfiltered, I'm Samuel Adams. This beer poured as clear as a Mountain Dew. Whatever. Not that yeasty, though I'd say it's part German hefe and part American Wheat based on the taste. Fairly flavorful, but I'm still miffed it's a Kristal wheat.

Draft @ PP: Hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Real nice aroma of banana, light clove and wheat. The flavor was wheaty with a banana start and lemony citrus finish. Smooth body. Very nice beer.
