3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On draft and a growler fill from the Pizza Port Bressi Ranch location. Straw yellow, good carbonation. Nose of simcoe, apricot, grapefruit. Flavor is dry, lean and crisp floral hop. Really easy to drink. Could use even a higher IBU with as crisp as it is. Very nice. A good staple drink on visits to the Port.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
My Bottom Line:
This crisp and citrusy IPA is supported by suave honeyed malts, a refreshing profile balanced out by piney hop resins and their bitterness.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam laces all around the shiny golden.
-The flavor profile and aroma on this one are textbook American IPA. Not exactly memorable, but extremely pleasant and efficient when looking for this type of brew.
-Carbonation is rather prickly, which increases drinkability.
-Hop fruitiness is nicely juicy and aromatic.
On tap at the brewpub.
