Commercial Description:
This brew uses crystal malts and Liberty hops to produce a very thirst-quenching beer. Clear golden colored and light on the palate, this is a simple, yet effective lager.

Clear ultra-light yellow, thin layer of white head. Aroma is clean and crisp malts, some cereal grains, and earthy hops. Flavor is pale malts and grassy hops, a touch of sweet bread, light fruits in the finish. Palate is light-bodied and watery with amped carbonation. Overall, a smooth and easy-drinking session ale.

Tasted at the SDCF. Clear deep yellow with a fizzy white head. Faint caramel aroma and a clean sweet taste.

Pale yellow with small head. Nose was light of fruit. Flavor was much the same with a sweet malty crisp flavor.

clear yellow, thin white head, sweet malt flavor with just a hint of balancing bitterness, should malk the bmc crowd happy except it might have too much malt flavor for them

Light fruit aroma. A little apricot. Mostly crisp hoppiness with some light fruity malt. Crisp, dry, and light. Refreshing.
