Draft @ Sunset Grill. Served in a tulip. Perfect poor. Thick head and sheets of spider web lacing. Nose is perfect bouquet of flowers and grapefruit.  Taste is very dry with lots of citrus and a touch of malt to balance it all out. Lightly bitter finish, easy on the palate. Smooth and easy. Nothing to over the top. Maybe not enough for Big Hopheads

Tried as a sampler at the Monk. Agree with the previous rating as a quite serviceable DIPA though I was expecting more. A strong malt backbone with aromas of orange, grapefruit and a hint of caramel.

Faint toffee and tropical fruit nose. Really bitter. Too much alcohol. Nothing on the original, but still a serviceable DIPA.

on tap at pizza port carlsbad. pours a clear, golden amber with a thin, whispy, white head and light lacing. aroma is awesome with wicked fresh, tropical hop notes of mango, pineapple, and tangerine with notes of white grapefruit and thick pine esters. flavor is great as well, much more tropical than other pizza port ipa’s, with sweet mangos, passion fruit, and grapefruit backed by light malts and a hint of sweetness. palate is medium bodied with solid carbonation and a tight, bitter, fruity finish. overall, another great dipa from the pizza port crew.

Nose is flowers, some dry hops and weak sugar, feel is mediumbroad, carb is medum, taste is cough syrup, sweet fruit, salty notes and bitter hops in the end

One of my favorites from my PP samples. This one was a nice amber with a small head. The citrus was evident from about 10 feet away. the flavor was citrus and fruity. Lingering after taste. Excellent.

Draft. This is excellent, one of the best Wipeout pours I have had. Amberish gold pour, sticky white head. Grapefruit, resinous hops, citrus, pine, grass, caramel, light bread, and some tropical fruit. Nice!
