illinismitty (1451), Nashville, Tennessee, USA May 15, 2006 5 oz sample at Metuchen pub. Hazy golden color with thin white head. Yeasty and fruity ester aroma. Flavor has very strong notes of peach, complimented by some wheat malt. Sweet clean finish. Texture is a little too thin, and the wit beer yeast flavors are weak. But I don’t rate to style. This was pretty respectable, for a clean thirst quencher. Dickinsonbeer (2550), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA May 9, 2006 Sample galss at the pub. Pours a mostly clear gold- no yeastiness whatsoever, and a thin white head. Aroma is lightly citrus, wheat, light spice, pepper, and orange zest. Flavor is more orange and citrus, light wheat malts and not too much else going on. Not yeasty enough for the style. Easy drinking though. jcwattsrugger (4045), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Apr 19, 2006 on tap-pours white head with cloudy yellow color. Aroma is faint light fruit, yeast, wheat. Taste is light fruit, yeast, wheat, mild. Good carbonation. Middle of class, but a step up from Blue Moon.
