2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Poured a dark golden color with a small off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral and citrus hops, light caramel malts as well. Taste of grassy, citrus, grapefruit hops, sweet malts, and low bitterness.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
06.16.05 Tap at BP. I was really looking forward to a nice hoppy palate cleanser, so I saved this beer for last. Mistake.Light copper pour with creamy off-white head. Iíve got to say that all the Uno beers looked pretty nice in the glass, even in the sample glasses.Caramel malts and assertive, though mostly flowery, hops. Darn, itís another US attempt at making a British IPA. Bedium bodied, finishes wet with late dry-bitterness. Sip starts off nice but becomes quite lackluster somewhere between lips and throat.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Looks like this is the first of Pizzeria Unoís beers to "go legit" with 10 ratings. This is kind of a deep amber colored ale. Medium sized but long lasting head, just sticking to the glass all over crazily. Solid amount of hop bitterness without getting too crazy. Just a nice solid IPA without getting all wrapped up in itself.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A decent IPA that is not overpowering. Good amount of hops. Nice looking dark orange amber. Good example of the style.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: AUG 11, 2006 Thin foamy head with great carbonation. Dark orange/amber in color. Citrusy aroma with plenty of hops and some oranges. Dry bitter flavor. Bitterness is actually and little harsh and astringent at times. Nice and hoppy with some malts for balance. Flavor is pretty week though. Clean, slightly bitter finish. A decent IPA.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Light hoppy nose - wanted more fresh hops though, dark amber color (dark for an IPA), low fizzy head. Served very cold - had to let this warm up so the tastes could come through. Also twirled it around to give of some of gas - very carbonated. Medium toasted malt body with a fairy big hop punch of fresh high alpha hops (West Coast?) - though not overpowering. Decent balanced, more reserved than aggressive, but very good.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sour milk nose / but light. Nice layer of a head, liveley carbonated, as all their beers. Deep dark amber color. Nutty taste first, medium bitter with a long grapefruit finish.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: SEP 7, 2004 Decent middle-of-the-road IPA. Ample spicy/floral hop nose wafts from this deep amber brew. Small white head with tight bubbles. Strongly bitter finish. A good, but not great, representation of the style.

Light amber color with a nice thick (but small) head. Big floral hop aroma followed with a sweet malt taste. Nice beer, cool brewer. Thanks Steve.
