Dec 8, 2004 I didn’t have a notepad with me when I tried this, so I have to go with what I remember. Nice head, malty aroma with a perfect nose of hops, color alone made my mouth water. Taste completed my rave. This beer was delicious! I believe it’s a seasonal brew, but dang, if it’s served fresh...get it and get it often. I had three of these bad boys with a damn good cheeseburger. I highly recommend.

Jul 20, 2004 NJ Brewers Fest. Brown with medium sized head. The aroma and taste are fabulous. Dark chocolate and roasted coffee and a light bitter cherry taste. Nice sweet finish.

Feb 14, 2004 Nice black color, tan head. Roasty aroma. Big malty roasty flavor with a slightly sour/American hop finish. Consistantly good and drinkable to the end.
