A deep copper pour with white head and lace. Medium malt aroma. Large malty flavor of caramel and light spice. Aggressive carbonation and thin. A beer that is on the edge of being special.

2008 version, sampled at the Central Jersey brewfest. Beautiful copper coloring with the malty biscuity taste like you’d expect from the style. Not much aroma, but what was there was inviting. This is honestly one of (if not) the best Marzen(s) I’ve ever tasted and certainly the best beer I’ve ever had from Uno. Mike outdid himself with this one.

Clear orange with a rocky white long lasting mountain of head and a malty caramel nose. Malty throughout, though slightly thinner bodied than some marzens, with a strong hop whack right at the finish. Solid and delicious, drink this with some red meat.

growler-pours a white head. Color is amber. Aroma is malty, sweet. Taste is balanced, more malt & some hops, a bit watery, middle of the road beer, good carbonation. -rerate.

Tap at the BP. Orange and clear, with a lasting white head. Aroma of malt, and a slight cooked vege note (really being picky). Malty flavor. Munich notes present. OK fest and rather drinkable.
