Dec 6, 2005 6.25.05 Garden State Brewfest. Pizzeria Uno is a Pizza Uno that brews its own beer for some strange reason. But I like them for it. I like Rye beers. I liked this Rye beer. Sad to say I can’t remember much else about it, apologies.

May 8, 2005 On tap at the brewpub. Clear golden in color with a nice white head. Malty and hoppy aroma. Malty and hoppy flavors. Crisp and refreshing. Nice and light tasting. Drinkable.

May 8, 2005 Tap at the brewpub. Clear, golden, white head. Cole-slaw like aroma. Malty, yet crip and hoppy flavors. Not sure what flavors or aromas are made by the rye, but this is a nice light ale.
