Of course it pours red and the aroma has a nice sharp hop bite, as does the taste. Very balanced with more bitterness than maltiness. Quickly becoming one of my favorite NJ brewers.

I was at Uno's and was wondering "when did they start brewing beer?" Pretty darn good. Nice hoppy aroma with a beautiful dark red appearance. The taste was a good marriage of hops and maltiness. Gwood stuff!

Nice red color. Decent malty aroma with a peppery hop note. Full bodied with a nice hoppy finish. Light yet enjoyable.

One of their better selections. A good amber ale. Deep Auburn color. Very mild hoppiness with some sweetness. Very easy to drink--described as a session and the label fits.

Nice molasses aroma. This ruby red ale has a smallish off-white head with decent retention. Malty and spicy all at once, this amber has a well-balanced hop character that dances atop the malty underpinning just right. Nice crisp finish. A really good red.
