It’s unclear copper-red with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt, light fruit and the flavor is medium sweet with notes of malt, citrus, fruit, light candy sugar and yeast. The finish is rather dry and refreshing, I can see this as a great companion for the Easter lunch or lamb.

Odense spring time specialties night at Dolle. MHT 04 11 12. Cloudy amber with a big white head. Grainy malt aroma with phenolic, yeasty off-notes. Sweet malty flavou with a yeasty off-note, not unlike a hint of laquer.

Bottle @ Odense Late March Tasting, 2012. Pours cloudy amber with a frothy white head. Extremely phenolic nose. Yeast, rubber, candy and liquorice. Flavor likewise. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Nice name. Aroma of fruit and some aromatic hops. Unclear yellow colour with white head. Malt, fruit, grass and discrete hops in flavour. Mild as the lamb.
