[Bottle] Pours hazy gold with a very large rocky white head. Aroma is quite yeasty. Plenty of clove and banana. The wheat is also very present in the nose. Very light, crisp mouthfeel. Rich in flavor, with plenty of malt but not too sweet or cloying. Somewhat tart from the wheat and the yeast lends quite a nice bit of flavor.

Nov 27, 2008 50 cL bottle, courtesy of renffisch. Pours hazy dark orang with a diminished white head. Aroma is yeasty and mild spiced with a light malty note and clearly presence of alcohol. Lingering yeasty finish.

Oct 17, 2008 Light yeast aroma with a bit of champagne/alcohol, murky orange body with a white head that fully diminished fairly quickly, quite fizzy look and taste, flavor is light acetic/sweet that lasts adequately, light body with a dry finish, overall a highly recommended beer

Oct 16, 2008 murky caramel colored beer under a large foamy cream colored head. light banana and caramel aroma. flavors of banana, light caramel, ginger ale. palate is too carbonated and light. sharp. bitter, thin, clear soda, gasoline, alcohol finish. no thanks.

Oct 8, 2008 This beer pours a hazy golden color with a thin and fizzy off-white head that burns away quickly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of bananas, cloves and malt. Medium-bodied with a clean and sweet character. Flavors of banana, malt and spices along with a touch of peppery hops in the background. The finish is crisp and fruity with notes of yeast and alcohol. Pretty good overall.
