UPDATED: JUL 6, 2015 A very delicious Stout, and probably the best beer they have. On tap at their Brewery/Restaurant.
*Get it now at the downtown Springfield brewpub while it is on tap barrel-aged. It has a delicious whiskey quality to it.

Keg at the brewpub, 10/11/14.
Light black with a moderate tan swirl and edgework.
Nose is light roast, dark malt, toffee, not a lot coming off this one.
Taste comprises hint of chocolate, dark fruit, toffee, grain.
Medium bodied, fine cabronation, semi drying close.
Whelming stout, a touch bland especially when you consider the relatively high ABV - christ it’s nearly an imperial and is Pedestrian with a CAP P !
