Bottle. Pours clear amber to copper color with white head made our of big bubbles that disappeared quickly. Aroma is malt, caramel but also a bit metalic and buttery. Flavor is malt, caramel and again some unpleasant butter and metal.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines. Really good. Copper hued, silken mouthed. Honey glazed, breakfast malts. Nobility in spades. Deep Lager.

Pale golden amber, oily white ringed head. Biscuity light cinnamon sweetness - odd for what came next. Dry, tinny, tarty. brassy, soapy bitter. Shame for my secret favourite beer style to be this below average.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear dark copper pour with a thin off white head, aroma is malty with some wet leaves, taste has malt, caramel, dried winter fruits, ovaltine, the best Polotmavy I’ve had, never thought I’d mention that in a review.

SarkyNorthener (2144) - West Bromwich (Yorkshire Expat), West Midlands, ENGLAND - AUG 29, 2014
Bottle from premiumczechbeers. A lovely deep reddish amber beer with a small head. Lively on opening though, not a gusher. Aroma of caramel, red berries and malts. Taste is fruity malts, caramel and as Benzai stated, iron. The finish is sweet with more red berries coming through. I enjoyed this one for its unusual features.

Bottle. Bronze with a medium head. Slightly sweet with a trace of fruitiness. Quite smooth texture and rather pleasant.
