[bottle] Fresh noble hops aroma like many other beers of this style, but not so much malt. Almost clear, dark yellow with a lasting white cover. Nice malty flavour with fresh hops and a little bitterness. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation and a hoppy finish. Quaffable stuff.

Sweet grainy aroma with malty and caramel notes. Sweet flavor with brewing cereal, caramel and cardboard notes.

(6/28/08) Bottle on the RBESG08 bus. Golden-colored with a small head. Aroma of malt, hints of caramel and light graininess. A rather grainy flavor. Light-bodied.
