Draft at the brewery. Apple juice and apple cider aroma and flavor... weird moldy apple crisp, honey and moldy bread flavor. Yeast, dought, crackers, etc... it’s rough and abrasive, astringent and offensive. There’s a lot of acetylhyde throughout. Terrible.

Nebraska Craft Brewers Festival: Deep brown with a crystal sheen. Slightly muddy consistency with a mellow nuttiness. Bit on the nut brown end of the spectrum, but enjoyable.

Tap at Brewpub. Nice full-bodied malty beer with some gentle hop spice and good balance. A very nice beer. Wish it would spread farther than Kearney!!

On tap at the brewpub. Browish copper color. Good head retention with beautiful lace. very good malt content and balance. Hint of caramel flavor.
