Braudog (3733), Dayton, Ohio, USA Jun 26, 2005 Nebraska Craft Brewers Festival: Mellow yellow color with a small fizziness. Malty, biscuity. More body than a Corona, but the "serve with a lime" moniker begs for that crowd. Well done, if boring beer. SledgeJr (2957), Omaha, Nebraska, USA Jun 27, 2004 Updated: Sep 13, 2007On tap at the 2004 Nebraska Craft Brewers Association Beer festival in Omaha. As promised, served with a lime. Very very smooth. Good palate. As with most of Adam’s beers, this is conforms to style and is a very good lager. Top notch, I would say. UPDATE 9/13/7: On tap at the brewpub. Really nice lager yeast sulfur aroma to this. Adam has changed the yeast strain for this beer and I’d say that it makes it much closer to a cream ale now. Delicious!
