2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle. Pours average yellow with a nose of bready Mexican malt and light buttery hops. Flavor is sweetened corn and plumb bread. Watery mouthfeel. Typical swill from the south.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
This pretty much a standard beer that is meant for the beachcombers
Has a certain degree of malt with little hops. Slight astringent. It is drinkable.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle from Plano, TX Walgreens. Pours clear light gold with foamy yet fast fading white head. Aroma of Kellogg’s corn flakes. Flavor is much the same (seriously) with a hint of grain and mild hop. Light body with high carbonation. Overall, Corona for the cheap ass I guess.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
12 fl oz clear bottle. Quite a pale yellow colour, very clear, thin layer of tiny bubbles on top, but no real head to speak of. Sweet grainy aroma. Taste is sweet and grainy with hint of corn. Plain finish. As you would expect from the copycat label this is a straight up Corona rip off. Not bad, but rather pointless.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
From the clear bottle marked 1601-11:20-I. The only place I have ever seen this is in Walgreens where they post a sign over the display declaring "Hot New Beer!" The pour is pale yellow with a quick upfizz that dies almost as quickly as it rises. Aroma of toast...not toasted malts...toast or more like bread crust with rice and grains. Thin body. The taste is a bit more malty than the aroma but overall it is simply another Corona copycat. The next one will have a lime in it.

6 pack from Walgreens of all places .S.Salem.
This will be a short review.
Slightly darker than say Corona with a better head
Aroma? what there is is corn and cardboard.
Taste is OK in fact, corn again but with a touch of hop that makes it go down pretty easy.
OK on the palate for style
Not too bad.. wasn’t dissapointed in spending the 4 bucks

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Not bad for a Central American / Caribbean pale lager, though based on a previous review it’s not even my favorite from Guatemala. May have to do a head-to-head taste-off this summer!

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear, golden pour with a white head. The malty aroma has a little bit of bread along with hay and light hops. The light body has a watery texture with average carbonation. This beer is refreshing but not too exciting.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Pours a bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma of corn and dme and a light floral hop aroma. Taste is light bit more than water but some malts are there and corn syrup. Nice crisp finish though. Definitely for the snobby resort goer.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle with lime. 4.5%. Shameless attempt at eating into Corona’s market share. Thanks Liquor Depot for flooding the market with this exclusive release. Enjoyable on a beach or a warm day. Needs the fruit to really be enjoyed, however. Pretty plain, clear, knockoff of the palest of pale lagers.
