3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Finhead (911) - OFallon, Illinois, USA - JUN 26, 2012
Clear, golden pour with a white head. The malty aroma has a little bit of bread along with hay and light hops. The light body has a watery texture with average carbonation. This beer is refreshing but not too exciting.

Definitely trying to eat into the Corona market, but I like this one better, especially for the price. Crisp flavour with a slight aftertaste. Tastes better than it smells.

I bought this for 2.99 a six pack at grocery outlet . This beer when chilled properly is just as good as the other name brand especially if you put a lemon wedge in it . After building a fence and coming in the house and drinking 4 of these it was feel good time . In fact i bought a case of it and invited friends for a barbeque and told them about ti and they bought it all out !!!! A very drinkable light decent beer that isin’t heavy and does the trick for cheap , that about sums it up . The buzz isin’t too shabby either !
2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 nick76 (4073) - Tampa, Florida, USA - SEP 11, 2011
The aroma is corn like and slightly dirty with incense and metal. The appearance is pale gold with a smaller head. The taste is better than the aroma but not great. It’s inoffensively malty. The palate is thin but refreshingly so. Overall this beer reeks of being a cheap south of the border knock-off but for the money it’s not half bad.

i thought the beer was tasty, although i gave it an overall low seeiming rating, it was $3.99 at Walgreens for a six pack,. to me thats a lot better then any corona could ever taste, at half the price, even better tasting then a corona that has sat in the sun, before chilling, I give it two thumbs up, this from a guy who has sampled them all, i perfer Belgian beer, but was limited on cash.

From the clear bottle marked 1601-11:20-I. The only place I have ever seen this is in Walgreens where they post a sign over the display declaring "Hot New Beer!" The pour is pale yellow with a quick upfizz that dies almost as quickly as it rises. Aroma of toast...not toasted malts...toast or more like bread crust with rice and grains. Thin body. The taste is a bit more malty than the aroma but overall it is simply another Corona copycat. The next one will have a lime in it.

355ml bottle pours a light straw color with a finger of white head that disappears quicly leaving a very thin spotted lacing. Aroma is hay and cereal grains. Taste is a sharp hop bitterness which is not desirable and a light malty sweetness. Just another crappy pale lager.

Bottle. Pours average yellow with a nose of bready Mexican malt and light buttery hops. Flavor is sweetened corn and plumb bread. Watery mouthfeel. Typical swill from the south.
