Bottled. Hazy golden, course head. Buttery gooseberry, lemon and lychee up front. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lots of tropical fruits, notes of cocoa and kefir. Mid bitter finish. Nice moderna style hop centric ale.

on tap at la fine mousse, paris. hazy pale yellow with a nice white head, decent retention and lacing. fruity - orange, citrus, pale malts, fresh cereals. average carbonation, light body - oily, nice short to emdium long citrusy finish. that was a surprise...

Dorée/orangée trouble, col épais blanc.
Arôme est bien fruité, note de grains avec un beau profil citronné du citra tirant vers la mandarine, le tout est très frais.
Palais est agréablement fruité entre citron, citronnelle, pamplemousse, petite note tropicale et une certain onctuosité des houblons. Le tout fini sec presque sur un profil de dry-hopping? avec en retrait un petit côté grains sec et poudreux rajoutant juste une dose maltée.
Le Paradis commence tout doucement a bien se distinguer dans les IPA avec des bières fraîches et sympa.

ah mon dieu ! C’est tres herbacé au nez, on dirait qu’on vient de tondre la pelouse.
Blond tres legerement doré. En bouche il y a une belle attaque franche amere. J’ai eu l’impression de mordre dans un pissenlit. Ca reste tout de meme fort aromatique. Un fin de bouche plus fruité sur les agrumes. Un peu pamplemousse.
Ca m’a ramené en enfance quand y avait du pamplemousse à la cantine, pendant que les jardiniers tondaient l’herbe dehors.

Tap at La Fine Mousse - bright translucent orange body with small white head. Nice aroma of yellow and red fruit, some earthiness. Quite intense fruity flavours, oranges, some spices. Mild hops and bitterness. Very acceptable, modest IPA

Cloudy amber color; small head. Controversial aroma, light fruity hop, but also papery malts and light feety yeast. The mouthfeel is very dry; very simple malt profile, with strong bitterness, and traces of yeast; not enough qualities from malt and hops, aggressive, questionable.
