Interesting and odd aroma, sweeter than expected, tropical fruits yet a classic appeal still. Taste disappoints a bit... Very dry, almost overdeveloped taste. Bit yoghurt like ending, light bitter base. Different than your typical bitter or hopped blond. I kind of dig it even though it’s odd. (33cl bottle from Bière Révolution)

Hazy blond color. It has light fruity notes from the hop, a bit of citrus fruits, light crispy malt. The mouthfeel is quite dry; the malt flavor is not very interesting, a bit of corn and paper, but the hop provides a light fruity quality; correct bitterness.
Pleasant, but easy; it could have some better crispy malt and fresher hop quality.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus - orange, light yeasty. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, leather, fruity, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120218]

Bottle, 75cl. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a small, white head. Cellar notes, dust, fruityness, some pale malts and canned tropical fruit mix in the aroma. The flavor has a little bitterness showing up towards the end, with tropical fruits, pale malts and some citrus peel. Full-bodied and nicely carbonated. Lasting finish. Overall, a quite nice one, not your average pale ale, but nice anyway. 120218
