330ml Flasche. Dunkel rötlich-braune Farbe, starke Karbonisierung, sehr große Schaumkrone.

McWorta (572) - LUXEMBOURG - DEC 25, 2013
Dark brown amber in colour with a light ten head. Noses of wheat, light bitter hops, candis/brown sugar. Light fizzy, medium sweet taste with light slick texture. Light dryness to it but all in a good balance. The finish is somehwat fast but leaves an interesting liquorice, light salty, dry note on the palate!

Glowing brown body with light beige the head. Odd aroma with mocha, After Eight, bay leave brown sugar and spruce hops. Interesting and quite nice. Taste is more classic, with light spicy start and forest hop bitterness but also without much of a body and still a mint like aftertaste. Way too little malts for a classic Dunkelweizen but interesting spiced drink on itself. Just not really one for me. Low prickly carbonation. More of an old ale really. (33cl bottle from Bičre Révolution)

bottle 33cl, a dark amber beer with huge head and good retention. Nose is very hopy on us kind of hops. Aroma is again on hops perfume, light malty, astringent, less creamy and bread like, heavy roasted notes, very far from a dunkel weizen, just roasted, bitter and astringent, unbalanced, could be even rated as a dry stout !
