Hazy yellow, thick pale head. Nicely hoppy, citric and wheaty nose. Lime fruit, mango & white pepper. Same goes for flavor, Refreshing wheat with nice citric hops. Yeasty and peppery finish. Medium bodied, strongly carbonated palate. Great stuff, feels more like Belgian Wit, than a Weizen.

Draught (Pikkulintu, Helsinki)- Hazy golden in colour with a haze and a large white head. Spicy and fresh aroma with a hint of pine and banana. Fresh tasting with lemon and spice. Not bad but could do with a bit more flavour.

Draught at Helsinki Beer Festival 2008. Hazy yellow brown color with small head. Pepper, clove, banana, caramel and hint of mango in the aroma. Very peppery and clovey flavor with herbal, grassy and mangoish hops. The grassy dry hop flavor seems like it was pasted afterwards to a standard hefe, to my mind it does not work very well. I think generous amount of amarillo to the boil would create a far superior beer.

Draught (HBF2008)<br /> Hazy pale orange. Oh-oh-oh-oh what an aroma! Banana and caramel in bucketloads. Taste also very caramelly, a bit too sweet because of that. Otherwise very refreshing, creamy and altogether very pleasant. A good hefe, but no "wow" factor.
